Had 0730 apt for oil change, all fluid to be checked, tire tread check, etc. Chris, Service Rep, was honest about what to expect and friendly. Apt was well organized and went smoothly. Also, thank you to service personnel who performed the job. I was surprised my car did not receive a quick car wash, but maybe Chevy doesn’t do this.
Daisy was awesome! Usually it seems to take foreverrrr to buy a car but the process was so smooth and quick! Very grateful! Loving my new vehicle!

Went to dealer to parts department, very nice young man helped me, my antenna cove came off in car wash, wanted to get new one, he suggested I go see if it was under warranty, went to service department, they said bring car around to check the warranty. Melanie was friendly. But I can’t understand why it is my job to purchase a product and do the labor involved to remove glue residue from door panels when the glue was left by the manufacturer and dealer.

I was waiting for 3 hours for a oil Change. I asked 3 times for the reason for the delay and just got a “ they are working on it” I just felt that they could explain when we drop the car about the delay.
My Chevy rolled into Estero Bay Chevy and the service dept jumped right on the job fixing a faulty circut the same day. Nice job by all. This will be my new dealership.

I made an appointment for 3:30 PM To perform an oil filter, change and tire rotation. My service advisor name was Rod. He told me that the vehicle will take between two and 2 1/2 hours to be ready. I was in the lounge waiting for my vehicle. Lounge was clean and had complimentary bottled water and coffee. To my surprise, my vehicle was ready in just one and a half hours. Rod was very knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend Estero Bay Service department.

Two gentlemen were standing there talking to each other, knowing I was waiting for assistance. Neither of them acknowledged me or offered to help until Othniel walked through the doors and asked if I had been helped. He provided excellent customer service. People don't always realize—or don't seem to care—how important good customer service is. Othniel's willingness to help made all the difference.

The finance experience was not good. The finance person suggested I buy a 3 year maintenance plan for just over $1800. I asked him for written details showing what was covered but he said he and the dealership did not have that. He insisted that the plan covered oil changes and transmission fluid changes. So I agreed to the coverage. The next day, my salesman was able to give me a document that detailed the coverage and I found it only covers oil changes. Finance rep talked me into buying a prepaid maintenance plan saying it included transmission fluid change. I asked him for a document that detailed the coverage but he said he and the dealership did not have that. So I agreed to the three year coverage at over $1800 total.
