Went to dealer to parts department, very nice young man helped me, my antenna cove came off in car wash, wanted to get new one, he suggested I go see if it was under warranty, went to service department, they said bring car around to check the warranty. The lady that helped me did not communicate what was happening with my car, a guy got in my car drove and parked in parking lot, lady came put paperwork on counter and said sign, I said what for? She stated they had to examine the car to see if under warranty???? I said can’t you just put in vin number to see, she said they have to look over car, I said why, no answer from her, asked how long and she said she did not know, she said when one of the techs has time to look at it, so no information like last time I visited the dealership with tire issue, was waiting over 4 hours last time and I had an appointment.
